Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At Southern Block and Slab, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with manufacturer defects, missing parts, or damage from shipping, we’ll work with the manufacturer to quickly resolve the issue. If necessary, we will coordinate the production and shipment of replacement items.

Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied with your stock item purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee will apply, and return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Please note that custom-made orders cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects or confirmed shipping damage.

Important: Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery

If your order ships via freight carrier, we’ll notify you by email. Please thoroughly inspect your shipment upon arrival. If you notice any damage, report it to us immediately. Keep all original packaging, as it may be needed for claims or returns.

NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS

Order Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped or entered production, we can issue a full refund. However, once production has started, the order cannot be canceled.

Returns Made Simple

To initiate a return, please email returns@southernblockandslab.com with the following details:

Your name

Order number

Order date

Reason for return

We’ll provide you with step-by-step return instructions. Please do not return items before receiving authorization from us.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is undeliverable or refused for any reason other than visible damage, you will be responsible for return shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee. For custom-made items, a refund may not be possible unless damage is confirmed.

If an item is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to schedule delivery, it will be returned to the manufacturer, and additional charges may apply.
